Carefully selected for the qualified expertise they bring to the organisation, our staff is our most important asset. Drawing from a diversity of backgrounds, our teams share one thing in common and that is the solid belief in the creation and sustaining of learning culture. Workplace Angels’ focus is people and it is people who make our venture successful.
Training and Assessment Team.
The quality of an individual and/or organisation’s learning curve depends greatly upon the ability and quality of their guide. With this in mind we, at Workplace Angels, only employ trainer/assessors of the highest professional standard and proven track record. They share the common set of values as stated by Workplace Angelsand in doing so are committed to social change. Their primary focus is to initiate acts of transformation in a supportive, friendly and encouraging learning environment.
Marketing Team.
Drawing from industry, retail and educational backgrounds our marketing team is in a place to identify and target potential clients who desire to increase their knowledge and skills base. This pool of potential clients ranges across a vast sections of our community such as:
- The individual wanting to learn and develop.
- Community based groups and organisations.
- Industry.
- Educational institutions.
- Social welfare providers.
- Various religions and their associated social welfare agencies.
- Job Network providers.
- Local, State and Federal governments.
- Non-Government Organisations (NGOs).
- Registered Training Organisations (RTOs).
- Small to medium sized businesses.
- Large corporations and enterprises.
By using pro-active platforms and methods, our marketing team, can tap into identified marketplaces and in doing so forge partnerships amongst various stakeholders.
Recruitment Team.
This team operates as a hub; brining together the various spheres of enterprise that constitute Workplace Angels. Using their skills of mapping, data matching and networking this team is there to service both the job seeker and job provider. It can facilitate the journey to new employment by linking in with Workplace Angels’s training & assessment, community development and marketing focuses.
Community Development Team.
Our community development research team function is to identify, develop and deliver programs that facilitate the growth of social capital. Drawing upon their diverse experiences and expertise, team members, aim to achieve concrete result and outcomes in both the community and individual’s life. In essence their task is to create bridges that connect people of disadvantage to the greater community. These bridges can take on many forms but all share a common base, which is, the fostering of a life-long learning culture.
Support Staff.
One of the aims of Workplace Angels is to remain flexible in its operation and focus. To achieve this aim requires that from time to time we call upon the expertise of others. By bringing their knowledge and expertise to address particular circumstances, the highest quality of service can be provided to both the client and community at large.
