Workplace Angels provides a variety of compatible and interlinking services that are flexible in their design and delivery.  Depending upon the client and their need a tailor made package can be arranged to fill any training/knowledge gap that may exist. 

 

 

Training, Assessment and Development.

To maintain a relevant and competitive edge in today’s world it is necessary to keep abreast with current industry best practice benchmarks and knowledge.  A well informed and highly train workforce will increase quality and productivity standards across the board.  A healthy and growing enterprise invests soundly in meeting its training requirements.  It knows the value of training in returning profit, increasing workforce satisfaction and in turn contributing to social wellbeing.

Workplace Angels is not a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) but rather it acts as a broker.  This means that it can offer through its vast network of affiliated RTOs the best available training options, delivered in a cost effective manner.  Our role is to create synergies between varying partners where upon a structured agreement can be reached that will deliver profitable and positive outcomes for all stakeholders.  It doesn’t matter what the size or nature of an organisation is Workplace Angels can provide seamless and cost effective solutions to their training needs.

We aim to custom make and deliver training programs that are in tune with the client’s needs.  Training programs can range from accredited workplace qualifications through to corporate team development and social/community development.  The appropriate training options are identified through the process of full and frank up-front assessment that is conducted by a fully qualified and experienced team of assessors.

 

E-learning:

Maximizing your access to knowledge.”

Given the scale and nature our Australian landscape the role of E-learning is becoming particularly relevant.  We at Workplace Angelsare well aware of this fact and provide a variety of products and services.  Using web-based, Virtual Training & Assessment Tool Boxes, and CD ROM support materials, training programs will be tailor made to suit the needs of the client.  This cost effective service allows for a high degree of flexibility in the delivery and rollout of training/learning programs.

 

Workplace Assessment.

 

“Identifying the knowledge, skills and training gaps in the workplace.”

By the objective assessment of a client’s workplace needs, a number of appropriate pathways can be identified to further the quality and productivity rate of that workplace.  It is our intention to provide accurate up-front assessment of a client’s workplace practices and identify the knowledge, skills and training gaps that may or may not exist.  Once doing so it is then possible to recommend tailor made training options that produce both real and profitable outcomes.

 

 

RTO Networking Services.

Regardless of size or scope. Workplace Angels is in the position to enhance a RTO’s business and profile.  By providing access to a vast network of industries, social welfare agencies, educational institutions, community groups and other RTOs, training products and services are exposed to a dramatically increased marketplace.  The potential for an RTO’s growth and expansion can be unlimited.
